Iran film 'The Badger’ reveals poster in tandem with China competition

Iranian movie ‘The Badger’ has revealed a poster in tandem with its competition at the 2020 edition of the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) in China.

Directed by Kazem Mollaee, the movie narrates the story of a 40-year-old woman.

The woman named Soudeh Sharifzadegan, played by Vishka Asayesh, is facing a difficult challenge in her private life at the time her second marriage nears.

In addition to Asayesh, the flick's cast list includes names such as Hassan Majouni, Mehraveh Sharifinia, Behnoush Bakhtiyari, Reza Behboudi and Gohar Kheirandish.

The movie will have its world premiere on Monday, July 27, at the Asian New Talent Award section of the 23rd SIFF.
